The prices shown are per person.

All the hotels offered are of similar 4 star standard and, in each case, include:

accommodation in en-suite rooms
full buffet breakfast each day
coach transfer to the start for runners and spectators on Sunday morning
a couriered coach transfer service for spectators back from the start into central London
post race showers
post-race massages – subject to availability of therapists (except at Novotel ExCeL)
post-race light refreshments
post-race video
tour of Greenwich/ the Start (Friday afternoon) followed by WRP escort to race registration
tours of the Finish and guidance on spectating the race (Saturday at 10.00 and 13.00 hrs)
Saturday race advice clinic (17.30 hrs)
WRP discount vouchers to secure a 10% discount off all food + drink purchased at hotel

Whilst all the hotels offered are of similar 4 star standard, due to differing locations there are some variances in the prices they charge. Prices shown are in £ sterling.

The adult prices, shown in red below, are per person based upon 2 adults sharing a double/twin room. Rates for children are shown below. The sole occupancy (single) price is shown in blue. Third adult in a triple room (double + single) – add £60.00 per night.

In 2010, there will be 2 WRP coach routes though each has a number of relevant pick-up points en-route as shown in our Guidance notes . Coach seats cost are: Adults - £28 Children under 14 yrs £15. (Note: Coaches based at Novotel London West)

Saturday evening buffet – revised charges:
Where reductions have been negotiated then these will be shown in WRP “Final Details” issued in March when all final orders for meal must be made.
